We Started With a Truck, a Ladder, and a Handshake
Marcus Gentry started RockwallRoofers in 2009 after spending a decade working for one of the big Dallas roofing outfits. The pay was fine. The way they treated customers wasn't. Half the time the salesman would promise one thing and the crew would show up to do another.
So he went out on his own. First year was just him and his brother-in-law knocking on doors after hailstorms in Rockwall and Royse City. Today we run three full crews, but Marcus still walks every roof before we start and after we finish.
